EXCHANGES & RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from TKEQ. Items in original condition can be returned or exchanged within 30-days of delivery.  

To be accepted by our Customer Service Team, parcels must be returned in their original condition (packaging, tags etc.), undamaged, not worn & accompanied by all of its accessories. Parcels must be returned via Postal Service (USPS, Canada Post) marked as 'Return' or 'Exchange', not 'Merchandise'.

Parcels will not be accepted if returned via Courier Service (UPS, DHL) due to additional duties & brokerage feesIf a parcel is returned via Courier Service, it will be refused & returned to sender. For additional information or assistance, please email our Customer Service Team at tkeqtheshop@gmail.com

Once your parcel has been received, Customer Service will send a confirmation email. Please ensure you keep your proof of postage as we cannot guarantee we will receive your parcel(s).

 


EXCHANGES

If you are interested in Exchanging for a different size, colour or style, please email our Customer Service Team at tkeqtheshop@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your original order number(s)
  • Item(s) you would like to Exchange
  • Reason an Exchange is being requested
  • Item(s) you are wanting to Exchange for; Style, Size, Colour etc.
 
RETURNS

All Returns will be given a Gift Card of equal value. Shipping costs are non-refundable & at this time, are the responsibility of the customer. Please email our Customer Service Team at tkeqtheshop@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Reason a Return is being requested
PRODUCT DEFECTS 
We take great pride in the high quality products available through our website. All items are carefully inspected before shipping to you. However, we will happily replace a product if it is defective or damaged.
