RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We use premium materials for all of our products.If you have any questions regarding sizing or colours, please email email@example.com prior to placing your order.
We take great pride in the high quality products available from TKEQ Collections. All items are carefully inspected before shipping to our clients. However, we will happily replace a product (same size/colour) if it is defective or damaged.
If you would like to exchange your product, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information.
1. Order number.
2. Items that you would like to exchange.
3. The reason why you are requesting an exchange.
4. Your preference of product to receive in exchange (size, colour, etc.)
To process your approved exchange, we will order you your new product prior to accepting the returned item.
Once we have received the returned item, we will issue your refund via whichever payment processor your original order was completed with.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your exchange. Once the exchanged item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
