EXCHANGES & RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from TKEQ. Items in original condition can be Returned for store credit within 30-days of fulfilment. TKEQ does not offer Exchanges at this time.

To be accepted by our Customer Service Team, parcels must be returned in their original condition (packaging, tags etc.), undamaged, not worn & accompanied by all of its accessories. Parcels must be returned via the TKEQ Returns Portal.

    RETURNS

    All Returns will be given a Gift Card/ Store Credit of equal value. Shipping costs are non-refundable & at this time, are determined by the TKEQ Returns Portal

    During this time, we are unable to accept Exchanges. Your understanding is appreciated. TKEQ Exchange Portal - coming soon.
      PRODUCT DEFECTS 
      We take great pride in the high quality products available through our website. All items are carefully inspected before shipping to you. However, we will happily replace a product if it is defective or damaged.
       
      PRODUCTS NOT ACCEPTED
      Products discounted 30% or greater are final sale. Low Stock, Equine Accessories & Rider Accessories are not eligible for Return.
       
      ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
      Please email tkeqtheshop@gmail.com, with your order number, within 30 minutes of submitting an order. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders after this time.
