EXCHANGES & RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from TKEQ. Items in original condition can be Returned for store credit or Exchanged within 45-days of fulfillment. 

To be accepted by our Customer Service Team, parcels must be returned in their original condition (packaging, tags etc.), undamaged, not worn & accompanied by all of its accessories. Parcels must be returned via the TKEQ Returns Portal.

RETURNS

All Returns will be given a Gift Card / Store Credit of equal value. Shipping costs are non-refundable & at this time, are determined by the TKEQ Returns Portal

EXCHANGES

At this time -- we allow Exchanges for a size or colour variation of the same style. Shipping costs are non-refundable & at this time, are determined by the TKEQ Returns Portal. Exchanges will be shipped within 2-6 business days from Shipping Label Activation. 

MONETARY POLICY

Applicable to all Non-Canadian orders. Within our returns Portal it is noted that “prices and credit amount are shown in CAD”. Please note your original Order Currency will be converted to reflect CAD. 

PRODUCT DEFECTS 

We take great pride in the high quality products available through our website. All items are carefully inspected before shipping to you. However, we will happily replace a product if it is defective or damaged.

PRODUCTS NOT ACCEPTED

Products discounted 30% or greater are final sale. Low Stock, Equine Accessories & Rider Accessories are not eligible for Return.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Please email hello@tkeqtheshop.com, with your order number, within 30 minutes of submitting an order. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders after this time.
